Ministry Leader Appreciation Dinner 2026
The Leaders Virtual Resource Center is a place to find important internal information. It increases centralized communication and provides collaboration tools, operational systems, important documents, and event dates.
Focus creates impact.
Our focus is discipleship. We want our events to help people grow in their relationship with Christ, not just attend.
We’re taking a more strategic approach. This helps us focus our energy on what we can support well and where we can make the greatest impact.
Clarity matters. Defining a specific audience helps people feel seen and makes events more effective.

In case you missed the Ministry Leader Kick Off - or maybe you want to go back over the notes...
Every one of us is a leader—the question is where and how we’re leading.
Kingdom leadership looks different: humility and service over power and position.
Adopting Christ’s mindset transforms your leadership and multiplies Kingdom impact.

What else did we cover at the Kick-Off?
We discovered how each of us shows up at our best through the “I Bring / I Need” exercise, naming both the gifts we offer and the support we need. (If you want a copy of your "I Bring/ I Need" page, let Ministry Support know.)
In small groups, we stretched our creativity by planning a wedding, which highlighted how our strengths naturally show up in teamwork and problem-solving.
The surprise elements of the weddings reminded us that, just like ministry, unexpected challenges become opportunities when we lean on one another’s God-given design.
We reflected on how these exercises mirror real ministry and how matching strengths to roles creates opportunities for excellence, reduces burnout, and maximizes impact for our diverse community.
We wrapped up with administrative updates - so peruse this website or keep checking the weekly Newsflash if you want to stay in the loop.
