As we continue to collaborate and strategically calendar the ministry year, we are asking that ALL of your events, meetings, and even idea requests come through this one simplified form: the ERR.
ERRs for Events through December 31, 2025, were due August 31, 2025
ERRs for Events through Feb 28, 2026, were due October 31, 2025
ERRs for Events through June 30, 2026, are due January 31, 2026
You may submit your ERRs for FY26 as soon as you have the necessary details.

Communicating Your Event Details
Request PCO Registrations if you want to know the names of people who are coming to your event and
they include people not already in your Group.
Use PCO Groups if you would like RSVPs and all attendees are already part of your Group.
Request PCO Check-Ins if you would like printed name tags at your event.
Request a PCO People Form if you would like a form to be distributed to your Group.
Let us know how your event went and what we can do in the future to support you.
All Bridgeway programs should use only the Planning Center Online for registrations, emails, check-ins, and forms. This helps us keep all data related to the church in one place and helps you to track information related to your ministry efforts.
If you need training on how to use PCO Groups, please do not hesitate to contact support@bridgeway.cc.
Other PCO platforms will be initiated by Ministry Support and available for your use at your request.
Please note: anything that should be on the calendar should be processed through the event and resources form.

Submit Events and Resource Form
If a Project Proposal is needed, you will be informed by the Ministry Support Team. All project proposals are reviewed on Thursdays from 2:30 - 4 pm by a collaborative team comprised of employee representatives from the Creative Arts Ministry, Building & Finance, Operations, BridgeKids, and Communications. Your Employee Point of Contact will be present but you are highly encouraged to attend.
You are free to submit your entire year's programming as soon as possible.
