Process for Requesting Events and Resources

ERR submissions for all events through December 31, 2026, closed on September 30.

As we continue to collaborate and strategically calendar the ministry year, please connect with your Employee Point of Contact (EPOC) to discuss any events or resources you need for the remainder of the ministry year.

If you are planning an event that has not yet been submitted or added to the calendar, connect with the event's EPOC. The EPOC will submit the ERR on your behalf.

Communicating Your Event Details

Request PCO Registrations if you want to know the names of people who are coming to your event and

they include people not already in your Group.

Use PCO Groups if you would like RSVPs and all attendees are already part of your Group.

Request PCO Check-Ins if you would like printed name tags at your event.

Request a PCO People Form if you would like a form to be distributed to your Group.

Project Evaluation Form

Let us know how your event went and what we can do in the future to support you.

Please note: anything that should be on the calendar should be processed through the Event and Resource Request form via your EPOC.

Monthly meetings
Outreach events
Social gatherings that include people outside of your immediate group
Planning meetings
Anything requiring a BCC Zoom link
Virtual meetings
In-person meetings

Talk to your EPOC so they can submit the ERR on your behalf
All project plans are reviewed on Thursdays by a collaborative team comprised of employee representatives from the Creative Arts Ministry, Building & Finance, Operations, BridgeKids, and Communications. Your Employee Point of Contact will be present and share the details on your behalf.

You are free to submit your entire year's programming via your EPOC as soon as possible.
